Fatos Kusari joined CREIO in 2006 as a graduate researcher. He graduated with honors from Brooklyn College and is currently a fourth year doctoral student in the Organizational Psychology Program at the Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology at Rutgers University. He has lectured on the topic of EI both domestically and internationally.

Fatos is specializing in the areas of emotional intelligence, executive coaching, adult training, program evaluation, and organizational and team development. He espouses the scientist–practitioner model in the application of psychology in the workplace. Fatos has worked as an internal and external Organizational Development consultant in organizational settings. He is a member of American Psychological Association’s Society of Consulting Psychology and Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
