Biography

Dr. Kenneth M. Nowack is a licensed psychologist (PSY 13758) and President/Senior Research Officer of Envisia Learning Inc. (www.envisialearning.com), an international talent development consulting company specializing in leadership development and habit/behavior change and Co-founder/Chief Research Officer of Ofactor Inc. (www.ofactor.com) an international consulting company providing neuroscience based programs and services to optimize organizational/team trust and leadership development.

Ken has over twenty years of experience in the development and validation of talent management and human resource systems, assessment tools, organizational surveys, questionnaires, simulations, and tests. He has developed 360° feedback systems, assessment centers, employee selection, succession planning, performance appraisal, and management development training programs for a number of clients in the public, private and not for profit sectors.

Ken has conducted research and published extensively in the areas of 360 degree feedback systems, coaching, emotional intelligence, health psychology and behavioral medicine.

Ken received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Educational Psychology at the University of California, Davis, and his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ken is also the outgoing Editor for the Consulting Psychology Journal.
