Biography

Nasser Mohammed Al-hamami is a PhD candidate at UTM International Business School, University Technology Malaysia (UTMKL). He received his MBA from the same university. Nasser is pursuing his PhD in emotional intelligence, but he has authored / co-authored so far  one book chapter and four journal articles including emotional intelligence and performance, emotional intelligence and job satisfaction, a literature review on historical and conceptual evolution of emotional intelligence and the impact of social media networks in workplace culture. His research interests lie in the areas of organizational psychology, with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, Organisational Behaviour, Spiritual Intelligence, Leadership, and Performance. Familiar with qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualified in using software for business and research applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheets, SPSS and PLS. He frequently involves in consultancy and communications.
