BiographyDr.Shankargouda Bharamanaikar is a Professor in the Department of MBA at Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) Belgaum. Earlier he has served as the Director of MBA at the KLE College of Engineering and Technology Belgaum affiliated to VTU Belgaum, also as The Director of KLES Institute of Management studies & research at Hubli and Belgaum Institute of Management Studies affiliated to Karnatak University Dharwad. He is the founder member of Indian forum for Emotional Intelligence learning (IFEIL), Mumbai. He is a member of All India Management Association New-Delhi and The National Academy of Psychology, India. A graduate from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, Dr. Bharamanaikar has thirty five years of executive and research experience. His areas of interest are training and development of emotional intelligence competencies and leadership effectiveness. He is a research supervisor/Ph.D guide for VTU Belgaum/KLE University Belgaum and IGNOU New-Delhi.
