BiographyAshkan Khalili is a PhD Candidate in the School of Management at Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) University, Australia. He has published on emotional intelligence and organizational commitment in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Other research interests include leadership behaviour, organisational climate, and individual creativity and innovation in the workplace.
