BiographyCorinne Prost M.Sc. spent several years as a human resources specialist for Marsh & McLennan’s (NYSE: MMC) Mercer consulting in Montreal, Quebec, Canada before evolving her focus to talent development more than 10 years ago. Founder of CAP formation, Corinne has designed and delivered hundreds of training programs in talent development and learning to teams of managers (middle and senior) in the aerospace, banking, insurance, services and distribution, health and education industries. She has been coaching professionals, managers (middle and senior management) for more than ten years to increase their impact, performance and well-being at work by identifying their training needs and accompanying them in the development of their intra and interpersonal skills. A dual France and Canadian citizen, Corinne, is fluently bilingual in both English and French, and has lived in several countries around the world. Corinne is also an organizational behavior lecturer in the management program at HEC Montréal (the affiliated business school of University of Montreal). She is a member of CRITEOS, Research and Intervention Center for Work, Organizational Effectiveness and Health, at HEC Montréal. In addition, she has particular interests in career adaptability and collective intelligence. In 2017, she created and taught experiential exercises for a new graduate course titled Emotional Intelligence at Work, based on the Goleman & Boyatzis’ model of ESCI (university edition) and Kram’s peer coaching. She implemented peer coaching laboratories in class for the courses Career Management and Emotional Intelligence and received the 2017 France HR Professional Association (AGRH) Education Innovation Award and the 2017 HEC Pedagogical Award for this work. She recently designed and launched a training program on collective intelligence for the HEC Montreal Executive Education Institute. Corinne has a B.Sc. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Human Resources. She has completed her MSCEIT and ESCI Certification programs. She is a Certified Master Trainer for Psychometrics Canada with the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
