BiographyZeenat Sayeed is currently working as a faculty –Business Management in Saudi Electronic University, KSA. She has earned her M.B.A. degree in Human resource Management & Marketing from University of Rajasthan, India and Ph.D. from University of Calcutta, India. Her Ph.D. Dissertation was entitled "The Emerging Role of Emotional Intelligence Management in Service sector in Eastern India”. Dr. Sayeed is keenly interested in the linkage of service excellence with emotional intelligence and has conducted several Management Development Programmes on Emotional intelligence for business executives. She is an expert in domain of Human Resource Management and Organizational behavior. Under this domain she has taught various subjects like Organizational Change & Development, Training and Development, Performance Management, Leadership & Management and Labor issues ( Knowledge worker, Attrition, Talent Management, Contract Labor) etc. to Post Graduate students of Business Management, Pharmaceutical Management and Banking and Financial Services Management.
