BiographyDr. Archana Upadhyay is an eminent authority in the field of Executive and Leadership Coaching, Strategy Execution, Balanced Scorecard Implementation, Performance Management, Organisation Development, Organisation Culture, Emotional Intelligence, Employee wellbeing and happy workplaces; besides being an astute Human Resource professional with experience in varied HR functions. A Management Post Graduate and Doctorate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from International Coach Federation (ICF), HR professional, Strategist, a Certified Balanced Scorecard Professional, Certified OD professional, and certified Trainer. She has over twenty-three years of working experience in a leading Oil & Gas, Fortune 500 Company (Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, formerly Esso Standard Inc., a US Multinational) in Energy Sector and has been honoured with awards for her significant contributions in the field of HR and Balanced Scorecard Implementation. Besides, she has been coaching executives and leaders from PSUs, IT companies, automobile and real estate, banks, NGOs, entrepreneurs and academic institutions.
